**Description**:
To be successful in this role you must be self-motivated, communicate well with others and able-bodied with ability to perform a range of physical tasks.

When performing tasks, you will be working within a tight-knit team and under the direction and supervision of the floor supervisor.

You will be trained how to operate various construction power tools and factory machinery to construct and assemble building frames and trusses (timber).

As your experience develops, you will be introduced to new tasks and develop new skills which will ultimately lead to you becoming a competent Frame and Truss Worker.

We're offering a lot of variety of work, full on-the-job training, ongoing development, and full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is provided.

**Let's talk about the role**:

- Monday to Friday work roster
- Shift times 6:00am - 3:30pm
- Perform a range of hands-on, physical labour tasks and basic machine operation
- Operate within health & safety regulations and follow workplace processes

- Long-term employment investment
- Restricted or Full Class 1 Drivers Licence and personal transport
- Ability to communicate with others and work within a team
- Eager to learn and carry out basic building/hammerhand/machine operation tasks
- Experience in using power tools or working within construction
