**Health Care Assistant Outpatients**
**Permanent, 72 hours per week, work between Monday & Friday**

An exciting opportunity has become available to work as an Health Care Assistant and join our passionate and multi-disciplinary team at Outpatients at Lakes

About the role
- Daily support to the running of outpatients under direction of the RN
- Partime Permanent, Monday - Fridays
- 0.9 FTE Monday - Friday 0730-1600

About you

You should have
- The ability to work well within a team environment
- A competent level of Computer knowledge
- A passion for patient centered care

You would be required to assist in the day to day maintenance of Outpatient clinics.

This involves
- Setting up and running of clinics on a day to day basis.
- A proficient understanding of Infection Control and Maintaining cleanliness of the unit.
- Ordering and maintaining of stock.
- Acting as a Chaperone for patients as required.
- Assist with patient management as per supervising RN within the area. This includes Blood pressure checks and ECG support

Salary range
$51,770 - $61,540 pro-rated to hours worked.

To be eligible to work at Te Whatu Ora Lakes, you must be fully vaccinated, including COVID-19.
