looking for NZ registered midwifes with loads of passion and commitment to join
our maternity team on a permanent basis. Your 8 hour shifts will be rostered across
AM,
PM and Nights, Monday to Sunday.
We have 500 births a year and we can promise that your core midwifery
role will be busy and varied - so no two days will be the same. The best
thing is that our service is a midwifery led, so you - ll get to be a
midwife practising in all the areas you love

**Vacancies include**:

- 1 x permanent 0.6FTE position

working 48 hours a fortnight.
- 2 x permanent 0.8FTE positions
each working 64 hours a fortnight.We also have
- 2 x Caseloading Midwife

- a Midwifery Educator role
(0.4FTE) advertised under W23-141 which could be combined with a core

You will be commitment to women centred and
culturally respectful care. As a midwife you will be able to use all of your
clinical, time management and organisational skills and expertise across
pregnancy, birthing and postnatal care. You will be an important member of
maternity service and support us to achieve the broader organisational health
care objectives.

team at Wairau Hospital is awesome Our midwifery led service has close
collegial relationships with our Obstetric and Paediatric teams too. The team

Te Whatu
Ora (Nelson Marlborough) is the
main health provider for Te Tau
Ihu, the top of the south.
