In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional event planning and coordination services, ensuring that each event is not only memorable but also runs seamlessly from start to finish. This includes meticulously planning every detail, from the initial concept and design to the final execution, while maintaining clear and effective communication with clients, vendors, and team members. Your ability to anticipate and resolve potential issues, manage budgets, and adhere to timelines will be crucial in creating outstanding experiences that exceed client expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate all aspects of events, from pre-event consultations including sales and planning sessions, to day-of coordination.
- Assist in the devlopment of marketing materials and promotional stratgegies to drive sales
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences, tailoring all details to their specifications.
- Develop detailed event timelines and schedules, ensuring all team members and vendors are informed and prepared.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the planning process and on the day of event or function
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, coordinating logistics and communicating event details to ensure seamless execution.
- Leadership and management of the functions team and other employees to ensure high standards of service.
- Manage event budgets, track expenses, and provide clients with detailed cost estimates.
- Promote Foxglove Bar & Kitchen’s event services through various channels, including social media, networking events, and bridal shows.

**About You**:
- Proven experience in sales, event planning or event coordination alongside 2-5 years hospitality management experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple events simultaneously.
- Knowledge of event management software and tools.
- A keen eye for detail and creativity in event design.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and vendors.
- Demonstrate trustworthiness, integrity, and professionalism.
