This role is specifically to support the Physiotherapy
Team in implementing the Primary Clinical Network whereby we offer selected Physiotherapy
outpatients referred to Te Whatu Ora the option to receive their care closer to
home by a private provider. The key tasks are making contact with patients,
explaining the initiative and transferring their care if agreed. Developing a
strong collaboration with the admin support within these private providers is
key to the success of seamless care.
To ensure timely transfer of care the role is 2
half day shifts spread across the week (2 x 4 hour
shifts in each week for timely transfer of patients).
The commencing salary for this role is $64,903 per
annum (pro rata).

It is
essential that you have a positive attitude and friendly customer service focus.
You - ll have the ability to quickly learn new tasks. Previous administration
experience, a strong degree of computer literacy and the ability to work autonomously
are essential.
Experience
with hospital management systems such as SIPICS or
similar systems and
knowledge of medical terminology is advantageous.
We
to work in New Zealand or hold a valid NZ visa at the time of applying.
