**Power Farming Taranaki is ready to grow in 2023, and are looking to talk to suitable, capable people to join our Parts Team.**

To keep our clients growing, our Clients, and our Service team need fast, reliable access to replacement parts. Our parts team is the crucial link in making this happen.

As a parts interpreter your role is to work with the Service team, and our customers to identify, source and supply parts in the most efficient manner possible.

You will also assist the Parts Manager with the day to day running of the parts business, including stock management, showroom presentation, deliveries, and marketing.

Farming is tough, and the pressure is high. Our clients need to be able to rely on highly motivated people that are committed to take responsibility for their needs. As a parts interpreter, you will need to be attentive, motivated, and care about getting the job done right.

This is a dynamic role that requires a wide variety of skills. Mechanical aptitude, confidence working with computers and I.T, Exceptional communication skills and critical thinking are all essential.

A genuine interest in the industry we serve, a passion for building relationships and customer service will go a long way.

These attributes might come from different experiences - you might already be in the industry, working as a technician or perhaps even operating gear. Maybe you are looking for an apprenticeship - these could all be options for the right applicant.
