Red Stag Timber operates a modern state-of-the-art Sawmill in Rotorua to support the New Zealand building industry. With leading edge technology, the Company operates the country’s largest sawmill, and is a well-established and successful business.

**We have an opportunity for a qualified Sawdoctor - January 2025 start.**

Hours of work for this position are **Nightshift** **Monday - Thursday, 6.00pm - 6.00am **with an overtime rate of time and half for all hours worked over 40 hours per week and a night shift allowance payable for each complete week worked.

Ideal applicants will have:

- A reliable ‘work-first’ attitude, along with a strong commitment to workplace safety.
- A high level of physical fitness and strength due to the nature of the work tasks.
- Be energetic with a ‘can-do’ attitude - strive for perfectionTrainees who have achieved a minimum NCEA L2 in Math, English, Science and generally be mechanically minded.
