**The Role**

We are looking for a game changing Environmental Cleaner to join our Warehouse team on a full-time permanent basis. This role is based at our state-of-the-art Pokeno Manufacturing Plant.

7am to 3pm, Monday to Friday reporting through to the site manager, but being a key member of the sachet team.

We provide the best and most current methods, materials, and equipment within our resource capabilities, to ensure that our team can maintain high quality standards to create the very best in milk nutrition.

The main responsibilities of this role include;
- Cleaning and sanitation of red lines as well as keeping them tidy and fully stocked with consumables and uniforms.
- Perform deep cleaning/sanitation within production areas to required schedules.
- Improve cleaning as and when required to respond to environmental sanitation issues based on quality verification environmental swabbing.

**Skills and Experience**

To be considered for this role we are ideally after experience in a commercial cleaning environment an advantage, however we will be able to provide training.
- Good communication and time management skills
- An eye for detail and being proactive
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team

NCEA Level 1 or equivalent qualification preferable and knowledge of environmental pathogens is highly regarded in this role.
