Join the team of one of New Zealand's largest motor vehicle dealerships who provide new and used vehicle sales, insurance and service across the country.

Based in the Christchurch CBD, the business is experiencing significant growth, and they are on the search for a proactive and efficient administrator to join their team to manage the workflow and control of new vehicle stock.

Your key duties will include:

- Maintain control of vehicle stock along with relevant documents to ensure timely delivery to customers
- Extract data to prepare delivery reports
- Plan pre-delivery work schedules and advise of any delays
- Timely allocation of vehicles and processing of vehicle registrations
- Ensuring all delivery task deadlines are met by all parties including suppliers, car haulage companies, groomers and outwork providers
- Updating and maintaining the group database
- General administration support as required by the Administration Manager

To succeed in this role, you must be able to demonstrate the following:

- Experience working with databases and
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Outstanding time management and organisational skills
- Comfortable with managing multiple priorities
- Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for delivering high service levels
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with both internal and external customers
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to maintain professional relationships
- Previous experience in the automotive industry or working with LTSA is useful, but not essential
