We wish to complement our existing team with an experienced Project Officer for our long term NBN Projects within our Fulton Hogan Utilities business in WA. This role is based in Belmont. In this role you'll be responsible for:
- Communicating effectively and professionally with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring confidentiality of all written and verbal communication- Leading and supporting Fulton Hogan safety culture- Coordinating field operations and overall program of works- Collating field records and input data for accurate daily productivity and monthly forecasting costing- Developing a working knowledge of nbn and Telstra network specifications to deliver construction solutions- Communicating with design and field resources to coordinate the delivery of practical completion artefacts.

How you'll connect to the role:
- Experience in telecommunications or construction environment will be highly regarded- QA background from a desktop point of view would be advantageous- Previous experience compiling handover documents would be advantageous- The ability to create detailed Excel spreadsheets and reports- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and continuous improvement focus- Dynamics 365 experience would be advantageous- Have a current driver’s license- Alignment with our values of Respect, Energy & Effort, Attitude & Leadership- Adopting and driving Fulton Hogan’s Living Safely Culture.
