At HELP Auckland, the Crisis Team is looking for a passionate, resilient, and qualified Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist, Counsellor, or Social Worker, preferably with post-qualifying experience to join the team.
**The Role**:
In this role, you will work with child and adolescent survivors of sexual abuse, their families and working collaboratively with police, medical staff, OT and other wrap-around social services and organisations. You will be experienced in dealing with the dynamics and complexities of families that live with abuse and neglect.
**What you need**:
- Experience working with children, young people, and their families.
- Membership/Registration with an NZ Professional Governing Body in Counselling or Psychotherapy or Social work, with relevant NZQA approved qualifications
- Commitment to Te Tiriti O Waitangi
- The ability to establish, maintain and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to learn and adapt to new technology and databases readily.
- Excellent listening, problem-solving, communication, and strong advocacy skills
- A full clean current driver’s license

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
- post qualifying: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- membership with NZ Governing Body (NZAC, NZAP, SWRB) (required)
