We provide services to a population of approximately 643,000, and we have five inpatient sites across the West and North of Auckland and stretching to the community in Rodney, we are committed to delivering the best care for everyone in our community. Right now, we’re in an exciting period of growth and we’re looking for exceptional Health Care Assistants to join us at the Emergency Department at Waitakere Hospital.

Your responsibilities will involve working closely with registered nurses assisting with patient care.

These positions are rostered Monday - Sunday, therefore you must be prepared to work all shifts this includes nights and weekends.

You are expected to work well in a team have excellent customer service skills and customer service practices, uphold confidentiality and discretion, good command of oral and written English and some knowledge and understanding of the health care system.
