**The Opportunity**

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Cardiac Interventional Service nursing team, for a senior Registered Nurse with cardiac nursing experience, proven critical thinking skills and a passion for Cardiology.

We are offering a permanent part-time position (0.6FTE), providing specialty nursing support and care for all patients undergoing coronary angiography and other cardiac investigations and procedures. You will have the opportunity to be among the first to work in our new interventional cardiac cath lab, scheduled to open later in 2023.

You will be provided with a comprehensive orientation in all aspects of our cardiology interventional service, that will be tailored to meet your needs. You will be part of a supportive, collegial, patient-focused nursing team.

Shifts are eight hours, weekdays, starting 7.30am - 9am with possible occasional on-call required. Weekend work may be required in future years as our service expands.
