This is a new role for and we are looking for a HVAC experienced individual to join our service team in a support role.

This position is responsible for the facilitation of all inbound warranty related claims, queries, replacement requests etc. This is a pivotal role in delivering timely resolutions for customers and end users alike and a focus on customer experience is essential.

You will be proficient in typing, have a comprehensive understanding of the Microsoft suite and have experience working with CRM systems, SAP experience preferred but not essential.

**Some of the responsibilities include**
- Maintain Service Level Agreements for warranty completion
- Maintain customer warranty claim requirements within SAP System
- Maintain and update information in the warranty portal
- Ensure warranty claims and replacements are executed in SAP within SLA timeframe.
- Escalate all warranty complaints and issues to reporting manager
- Review warranty claims and charges to ensure they align with warranty procedure policy
- Maintain CRM platform and complete all queries and communications within allocated pipelines
- Complete warranty returns, and credit notes as and when required
- Responsible for answering telephones and sorting of customer enquiries and requests for information
- Assist in the resolution of customer warranty complaints and escalate to reporting manager where necessary
- Develop and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure high level of customer service

This is a data entry focused role so accuracy and speed on a keyboard will be beneficial. An understanding of HVAC systems and proficiency in CRM and the Microsoft suite will also be advantageous.
