Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity
The Advisor, Performance and Insights will support across Regulatory Performance and Insights. This will mean:

- Working with the project team working on building regulated party insight profiles
- Supporting the team building our performance framework to monitor our regulatory strategy
- Undertaking coordination activities across our regulatory intervention framework

As well as having opportunities to learn and develop by working on particular tasks and initiatives within our Planning and Performance, Risk and Assurance and Intelligence teams.

**To be successful in this role, you will bring**:

- Experience working in the public sector, undertaking analysis and producing insights
- The ability to work across different disciplines and a range of stakeholders
- A strong desire to learn, and work in innovative ways
- Good design and writing skills for producing high quality, visually pleasing and well written artifacts

You will need to demonstrate knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an understanding of Te Ao Māori and promote tikanga and Te Reo Māori. You will also have knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an appreciation of te Tiriti o Waitangi (the Treaty of Waitangi) as it applies in the public sector.
