Abseiler Technician

My client is a well-known nationwide commercial property maintenance specialist, providing services to enhance and protect the value of their customers' commercial assets.They cover projects such as interior/exterior commercial property refurbishment, height safety systems, leaky building repairs, heritage building restoration, waterproofing membranes, and nationwide painting & rebranding.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Abseiler to be a part of a well-established team, where you will be challenged daily with an unlimited variety of projects.

**About the role**:

- Inspect buildings, and other structures to identify potential hazards
- Install safety devices such a anchors and harnesses
- Clean the exterior buildings, roofs, gutters, and windows
- Replace glass and assist other trades with restoration and replacement
- Painting, silicon and expansion for joint repairs
- Assist with pest and pigeon control

**About you**:

- You have a minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role
- You have the relevant IRATA qualification or IRAANZ CoC
- You must have excellent written & verbal communication skills
- You must have the ability to embrace cultural diversity
- You must be physically and medically fit
- Clean full drivers licence
