**About ThermaShield Aluminium Windows and Doors**

Thermashield Aluminium provides Windows and Doors to the Wellington and Lower North Island regions. Specializing in joinery using the Omega thermal break technology, Thermashield provide stylish and quality aluminium doors and windows that keep the cold out and the warmth inside. We are looking for 3 Aluminum Door & Window Installers to join our team in Wellington.

**We are offering you**
- We offer the Aluminum Door & Window Installers with a competitive hour rate at $27.76 per hour or above, good work/life balance with flexible working conditions and other benefits.
- Weekly hours will be at least 40 hours and a maximum of 60 hours from Monday to Sunday on shift.

**Main duties of the Aluminum Door & Window Installer**:

- Provide correct, helpful, friendly service to our customers
- Read engineering drawings to determine materials requirements and task sequences
- Prepare necessary materials for all products
- Handle correct skills and follow assembly instructions of the installation for all products
- Check the product for faults and modify it if necessary
- Provide professional service in a timely manner
- Keep all tools at safety place
- Keep workshop and site safe, clean and well-organized during and after work
- Display a positive team attitude towards the role and colleagues.

**Requirements for the Aluminum Door & Window Installer**:

- No prior experience required but would be an advantage if have similar experience in this industry.
- On-the-job training will be provided if you are the right one.
- Punctual and reliable with a positive can-do attitude will be key in this role
- Be physically fit as the job involves heavy lifting.
- A positive and willing attitude to learn and progress.
- Able to work with deadlines and schedules, and available to work weekends if required.

**Salary**: $27.76 - $30.00 per hour
