Whānau Āwhina Plunket _is a charitable organisation where people are at the heart of what we do. Our frontline kaimahi impact the lives of whānau across Aotearoa New Zealand on a day-to-day basis, providing reassurance and clinical advice in homes, clinics and in community settings.
We are seeking a Property Administrator to join our Wellington team on a full time permanent basis. While we will need you to be in the office for the initial orientation and training period (around 2 months) we would be open to a hybrid work from home arrangement to be discussed at interview stage.
**Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity**
In this exciting new role, you will ensure that Plunket has accurate property information to enable the organisation to make informed decisions about its property portfolio. Working with the Property Manager and Property Advisor, you’ll provide administrative support to contribute to the overall success of the Commercial team.
We’re looking for someone to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring they can get the information they need. This role also involves coordinating various tasks, such as arranging property repairs and maintenance, ensuring our database is kept up to date and liaising with councils and landlords to processes leases for approval.
Please note, the salary for this role is between $49,900 and $65,000 - negotiable, depending on experience.

**You will also have/be**:
- Strong foundation working in administration positions, preferably in property and/or asset management
- Able to engage and interact with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain effective working relationships
- Able to partner with other members of a team to ensure frameworks, policies and tools are seamlessly integrated into other key processes
- Motivation and initiative to take responsibility for the delivery of multiple and conflicting priorities
