**Job Description**:
This is an awesome position to build the next step in your retail career, by learning the ins and outs of successful leadership and management. Your love for our products, enthusiasm with our customers and ability to take team members on the journey will sum up success in this role.

You will;
- Assist the store and assistant managers in motivating the team - around efficiency, being proactive, ensuring a positive and professional attitude at work
- Maintain the store to an excellent standard, ensuring it is presentable, functional and surpasses the store KPIs
- Deal with store warranties, expand commercial opportunities, visual merchandising, promo set up and health and safety
- Be passionate about helping customers to drive sales and customer loyalty
- be responsible for the store in the absence of the store managers.

**Qualifications**:
Ideally you would be;
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Preferably 2-3 years of retail experience
- Strong leadership qualities
- Commitment to the customer and the in-store experience
- Excellent communication skills-with the team and customers
- Excellent problem solving ability and initiative
- An adventurer attitude
- Flexibility to work when called on, including weekends
