**About the role**

This role plays a critical part in providing an outstanding Customer Experience for our guests (regulars and tourists) before they step onboard our vessels. This role is threefold including that of wharf host, ticket sales and working in our promotions offices and will be based at our Waiheke ticket office.

Role overview:

- Provide the highest level of customer service with a focus on quality
- Assist and supports customers to queue, purchase tickets and provide insights into travelling times, destinations and related
- Offer advice on Fullers360 products, services and promotions
- Promote all Fullers360 products, services and promotions.

Hours of work (between 6am - 10.30pm weekdays, weekends till 2am):

- Rotating roster including public holidays and weekends
- No set pattern, usually 5 days on and 2 days off
- 120 hours over a 3-week period, average of 40 hours per week
- Morning, afternoon and night shifts
- Morning shifts start between 6am - 8.30am and night shifts finish between 10.30pm - 2am
- We operate through all alert levels as an essential services provider.

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

- Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Have the ability to make quick yet sound decisions and use initiative
- Have an outstanding attendance record and a high standard of appearance
- Confident working in a busy and ever-changing work environment
- Experienced working with ticketing or reservations systems preferred.

As some shifts finish after public transport, you'll ideally be CBD based, within cycling distance or hold a full drivers license and your own transport.
