- WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- You'll primarily be the smiling face that leads our teams in serving and selling to customers within our fantastic Spark Botany store.

As a Assistant Lead, you will be responsible for:

- Leading the store in the delivery and performance of our targets (strong commercial acumen).
- Driving and maintaining a Growth Mindset culture.
- Working to ensure day to day operations run smoothly.
- Working day-to-day as part of the team (on the tools)
- Able represent the voice of the customer to our stakeholders - and customer-centric by putting them at the centre of everything we do.
- Motivating the team towards goals via coaching and feedback.
- Supporting and driving to Spark's Unified Frontline vision and purpose.
- Work closely with Store Lead to deliever business objectives.
- WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

- The first thing we are looking for is a great attitude and a willingness to learn, if you bring skills from Retail, Contact Centre, or Hospitality that's great - but not essential.
- As a Assistant Lead you are:
