We’d love to hear from you?- About the role- To maintain a hands-on approach to the co-ordination of the Bar, guiding and developing the skills of team members.
- To assist in the creation, implementation of drink list and the overseeing of Bar promotions and Beverage analysis.
- To encourage and facilitate Beverage training courses that includes product knowledge & service standard.
- To monitor the day-to-day provision of quality customer service in each of Beverage outlets, ensuring a high level of consistency.
- To monitor expenditure in all other expense areas for the Beverage outlets, ensuring the outlet managers receive assistance in the achievement of budgeted targets.
- Oversee successful stocktakes and wastage reports, including cash reports. Report to the Venue Manager with results - in conjunction with Assistant Restaurant Manager.

- Skills & experience- At least 1- 2 years Bar Supervisor experience with strong local market knowledge (Wellington)
- Vast exposure working in a stand
- alone bespoke Cocktail & Wine Bars and Hotel Bars/ Lounge
- Wealth knowledge & understanding about wine and champagne.
