We are a stainless steel fabricating company based in East Tamaki with an immediate vacancy for a Bead Blast Technician.
The main duty of this role is the operation of the Bead Blast Booth (blasting stainless steel components), loading/unloading items into booth and trucks. Other duties include general factory duties like assisting trades people including aciding/polishing, cleaning facilities, pick-ups and deliveries from suppliers to clients.

Ideal for someone who wants to gain experience and get hands on exposure to a trade or someone looking for a change of environment within the trades/workshop environment.All training would be provided.

Applicant must be able to wear full PPE in line with safety protocols. Also comfortable with dusty and confined working envrioments.

Holding a full driving licence is required (ability to drive manual cars helpful). A forklift certificate would be an advantage but not essential.

The main attributes would be someone who takes pride in their work, with a can do attitude.

**Hours**: Mon to Fri 7.30am - 4.00pm
