Workshop Foreman

Rangiora Toyota have a position available for an experienced Workshop Foreman or experienced Technician with strong leadership skills and customer focus wanting to take the next step in their career. If you are leader and someone who can integrate well into a team then we want to hear from you.

Working closely with the Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day to day running of service jobs, ensuring deadlines and quality control standards are met and customer expectations are exceeded.

You will:

- Be responsible for managing the day to day running of jobs- Ensure deadlines and quality control standards are met- Understand and have the ability to optimise workshop productivity and efficiency- Demonstrate professionalism, a positive attitude and strong work ethic- Have reasonable computer skills- Have the ability to think on your feet and multitask- Be a hands on leader who is prepared to help in the workshop when requiredAnd most importantly you will be a fantastic communicator both with co-workers and with our customers.

Skills & Experience

Must be a qualified Technician with strong automotive knowledge
