**Factory Supervisor**

**Purpose**:
To oversee the day-to-day operations with a key emphasis on customer service, profitability, and health.

Always achieve KPI targets through effective management of the team and to deliver excellence in customer service acting in the best interests of the company and wider Group of Companies.

**Skills required**:

- To be able to work with mínimal supervision.
- To have good communication skills
- Has ability and interest to gain and maintain the latest industry knowledge.
- Must always work accurately and efficiently.
- Always maintain clear communication and work with the factory team and business Manager
- Maintains knowledge in the machinery and product on site.
- Follows strict health and safety guidelines and practises.

**Duties**:

- Ensures all jobs are processed through the factory in a timely manner.
- Oversees the running of the Specials Area
- Maintain good trade practice during the production process.
- Actively partaking in health and safety monitoring and supporting the Health and Safety Officer
- Keeping adequate stock levels, not over-ordering
- Overseeing regular equipment maintenance
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality of production on the CNC Machine when required or as directed by the Manager.
- Clear communication with all staff members
- Assist in the Knock-up area when required.
- Ensuring any issues are dealt with immediately and effectively.
- Adapting to changing situations as required
