We are looking to add to our Information Technology capability by recruiting for a Senior Test Analyst to join our Wellington team.

The Senior Test Analyst role involves working closely with the Test and Release team, as well as with Product Owners & Project Managers, to support and deliver change initiatives across the enterprise.
- Assess and analyze business requirements
- Document test requirements
- Estimate effort
- Create and execute test cases
- Analyze test results
- Create and submit test reports to stakeholders and vendors
- Develop test plans and exit reports
- Ensure delivery objectives are met through a hands-on approach.

Personality and the right attitude is key. We are seeking an energetic highly motivated Senior Test Analyst. Someone who can build positive relationships with peers and stakeholders, understand our strategy, systems and processes quickly, and show a determination to get things done In addition:

- 5 + years as a Senior Test Analyst / Test Lead (Financial Services sector desirable)
- Demonstrated ability to undertake structured analysis utilising industry standard methodologies and techniques
- Proven knowledge/experience of systems development lifecycle and methodologies
- Experience in testing complex systems and integrations
- Experience in testing security, performance, usability and accessibility aspects
