**IT Support**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Wipe & reset Mac and PC, Routers, Switches, Servers, Checkpoint, Firewall, IPS systems with different data wiping tools.
- Installation, repair, and ongoing maintenance, and troubleshooting of wireless networks and data infrastructure.
- Maintain data of equipment on hand to include age and functionality, coordinate recycling of equipment upon end of lifecycle determination.
- Perform Help-Desk functions for contracted software programs, Operating System functions, basic networking, and hardware integration.
- Required to set up corporate office equipment or coordinate the necessary equipment installation as required.
- Maintain all current and future acquired business operating equipment (Examples: phones, tablets, laptops, desktop and more.
- Prepare and maintain tracking process for all equipment assigned to personnel.
- Coordinate with purchasing department on recommendations of whose devices are nearing end of lifecycle and recommend to management any industry changes.
- Provide monthly Equipment status to department head.

**Skills and Specifications**
- Must have sound knowledge of different data wiping tools and can remotely troubleshoot software issues.
- Familiar with Mac, Windows and Linux operating systems, system functions & preferences, file recovery, search and troubleshoot basic device connections to Macs, laptops, desktops and photocopiers.
- Experience troubleshooting in a Mac and Windows enterprise environment, enrolling devices in Apple Business Manager (ABM), Adobe Creative Cloud and other related operating systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting Apple devices in an IOS environment and Familiar Microsoft Intune enrolment and deployment.

**Experience and/or Qualifications required**
- A minimum of 1 year of experience or more

or
- Any relevant qualification

**Exceptional interpersonal skills**
- High-level patience and proactiveness to find solutions to help provide excellent customer service to team members.
- Availability for support remotely including holidays, and weekends if required.

**Pay & Benefits**

Hourly rate ranges between $29.66 to $35 for full-time, permanent roles with a minimum of 30 hours guaranteed.
