At NZCL, we are dedicated to support people with disabilities in New Zealand. Our Disability Support Services reflect our belief that all New Zealanders deserve to live fully, have equal opportunities, and achieve their ambitions.

With Christmas around the corner, we are currently seeking enthusiastic Casual Support workers to join our team for the festive period.

To be considered for this role, you must be able to commit to at least 4 days per week, with one day being a weekend day. You will also need to be able to work through both the Christmas and New Years period.

November - February casual work

**What does a Support Worker do? |** **He aha te mahi a te Kaimahi Tautoko**

In Residential disability, our support workers assist people who access our services to live as independently as possible, in their community. Support workers are part of a team who work shifts or specific rosters providing 24/7 cover with responsibilities including aiding with personal care, community outings and integration, and other aspects of daily living - enabling our people to be as independent as possible.

- Earn competitive pay rates between $23.38 up to $29.10 per hour.

- Flexibility to work overnight shifts across a roster, including weekends.
- Flexibility to work in different services within Wellington region.
- Full driver's license and confidence to safely transport passengers in our disability vans (training provided)
