**The role**

As our new Assistant Produce Manager, you'll be instrumental in:

- Cultivating and leading a team that's as crisp and fresh as our produce, ensuring our customers go bananas for their shopping experience.
- Creating an environment where our produce department can grow and thrive, ensuring our team feels as snug as a pea in a pod.
- Navigating each day with the precision of a chef slicing through a ripe tomato.

**About you**
