1.Propagation
- Preparing seeds and containers before planting. Ensure seedlings, seeds are healthy.

Selecting seeds, soil mixing and planting them in field or Nursery containers.

2. Make sure all seeds have done a correct treatment before propagation. Correct treatment includes: awaken dormant, temperature, water, sunlight, fertilizers.

3. Irrigation: Ensure all crops have suitable water and nutrient, watering plants manually and automatically by irrigation system when plants need water.

4. Report: Keeping report and monitoring losses, yield and plants growth.

5. Pest and disease control: Pest and disease control with appropriate use of herbicides and insecticides.

6. Packaging and order dispatching of crops/plants to customer’s specification.

7. Adhere to all company health and safety practice and procedures

8. Schedule inspection of plants in a right time from inside and outside of the greenhouse.

9. Packing of plants into various packaging in a timely, accurate manner

10. Maintain soil and water levels including the production records

11. Maintenance: Ensure that all maintenance tasks set are complete in an efficient and timely manner.

WEEKLY HOURS- 30-40

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $29.00 - $29.70 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bay of Plenty: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
