**He angitūtanga | The opportunity**
This is a 12 month fixed term opportunity.
This role presents the opportunity to work from home, one of our MAS offices or a mix of both, depending on where you are based. Those in the Wellington, Auckland or Christchurch region can expect a hybrid environment of 3 days in our fabulous waterfront office (we get the prime view here too) and from the comfort of your own home for 2. If you prefer all office days then you are always welcome. Those outside of these regions would work remotely. To work from home, you must have high speed internet.

**He kōrero mōu | Key attributes we are looking for**
- We are looking for individuals with a genuine desire to help others and drive to go the extra mile for Member satisfaction.
- At least 18 months experience in an administrative or phone-based customer service role.
- Patience, empathy, and a people centric approach.
- Excellent phone manner and a warm yet professional communication style.
- Resilience to remain claim and composed when speaking to distressed Members.
- A collaborative team player.
- Availability for full time hours Monday to Friday. From time to time, this team may be called upon to work outside these hours i.e. during catastrophes when we experience high call volumes.
- Drive to learn and succeed.
- Good situational judgement to adjust your approach to meet the needs of different Members and scenarios.
- Ability to work at pace to respond to high volume call times.
