One of the biggest causes of stress for farmers comes from not knowing their financial position, not feeling in control, and not feeling supported. Figured provides peace of mind by providing them with clarity and control, and by connecting them to their financial advisors.
Figured is a SaaS platform that works with their cloud accounting software, to enable Farmers, Accountants, Bankers and their advisors to work together on a single set of financial data, bringing together production information with financial data to create a clear picture of the farms financial position, variance to budget and forecast position.

**Requirements**:
**The gig**

Reporting to the Customer Success Team Lead, this 10 week internship will give you the opportunity to join a passionate team of Customer Success Specialists, and be responsible for ensuring our customers, both accounting partners and farmers, are highly competent at using the Figured App. You will be on-boarding, training and supporting our customers and working alongside the wider global customer and product teams, supporting and managing activities that deliver top-line success to our customers, and ensuring they are getting the value that helps their farms and business thrive.

**Experience and skills required**:
You will enjoy the human tone and nature that we deliver to our customers, whether it's through our conversations on Intercom, in person, or how we communicate through our training material. If you have a passion for supporting customers, building relationships and developing and training people, and want to be part of an awesome customer success team, then this might just be your jam.

- Analytical skills - troubleshooting and supporting complex software product
- Background or a relevant qualification in accounting or knowledge of financial concepts and how accounting systems operate.
- Exposure to emerging cloud-based technology
- Loads of initiative and the proven ability to work autonomously
- Outstanding communication, strong organisational and presentation skills along with a proven record of having built lasting relationships
- Brownie points - grew up on a farm or general agricultural knowledge
