**About the Role**:
We are currently looking for a dedicated Demolition Supervisor to oversee and supervise our growing portfolio of demolition projects, ranging from small-scale demolitions to multi-million dollar contracts. This is an exceptional opportunity to bring your expertise in the demolition field to a supportive and dynamic team known for their commitment to quality and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise demolition projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure all projects are carried out in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members.
- Oversee the preparation of demolition sites and conduct risk assessments.
- Manage projects in accordance with budgets and timelines.
- Monitor and enforce safety guidelines on site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and team meetings.

**About You**:

- Demonstrate experience in a supervisory role within the demolition sector.
- Thorough understanding of demolition processes and health and safety regulations.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Commitment to upholding Taggart’s core values and standards of excellence.
- Relevant qualifications in construction, civil engineering, or a related field are preferred.
- Full NZDL and any relevant industry certifications (e.g., Site Safe Passport).
