**The Role**
We have an exciting opportunity for an Inventory Control Analyst to join our team on a permanent basis.
This is a pivotal role in our team where you will provide reporting and analysis on key areas to support the wider Supply Chain function and help drive good decision making and continuous improvement actions through effective visualisation of data trends. The scope of this role covers all inventory across multiple locations and requires regular contact with a range of stakeholders from across the business.
The main responsibilities of this role include..
- Develop a suite of interactive and intuitive visual reporting that assists the business in good decision making and to ensure company goals are achieved and exceeded
- Timely and accurate reporting of Key Performance Indicators
- Detailed reporting on a range of inventory targets (volume and value)
- Reporting on required task completion rates across various business units
- Assist in root cause analysis when targets are not achieved and recommend continuous improvement actions
- Ensure the Inventory Policy is updated and adhered to
Key to your success will be your proactive response to aiding others in their learning and your ability to build strong and supportive relationships with internal and external teams. If you are motivated and a focused analytical whizz with previous experience in the above then we want to hear from you
**Skills and Experience**
- Advanced excel modelling and analysis
- This is a role that requires strong attention to detail
- You must be analytical and enjoy solving complex problems
- Proficient in Excel, Power BI and SAP (S4HANA & EWM) preferred
- You will also be great at building relationships and have excellent communication skills
A University Degree in Commerce or Operations Management environment would be highly regarded as is previous experience in Finance or Commercial Analyst position experience.
