**Your new role**

This position will primarily provide administrative support to the Trusts Legal Administrator, and will work closely with other Legal Executives, Solicitors, and Partner of the Private Clients team.

This role will also assist the wider Private Clients team with administrative support when required.

Duties include;
- Prepare documents including online searches (for example, property title searches).
- Ensure the Trust Module is up-to-date with all relevant client information.
- Opening new matters and managing workflows through the Trust Module.
- Responsible for checking AML compliance and actions where required.
- Drafting correspondence to clients.
- Prepare monthly billing for approval.
- Report on annual billing progress when required.
- Maintain currency of Action Step records.
- Undertaking aspects of estates, trust, and relationship property in conjunction with the Estates Legal Executive and other team members. This may include drafting documents, follow-up with clients, trustees, executors, family members and other stakeholders, and day to day management of all files.
- Preparation of other legal documents as instructed by Legal Executives or Authors.
- Ensuring all communication (including physical and digital mail) pertaining to client matters are managed appropriately.
- Attending to e-dealings and settlements as directed.

- Well-developed communication skills (written and verbal).
- The ability to show empathy and compassion towards client families during difficult times.
- A proficient administrator, ideally in the professional services' environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and work to deadlines
- Ability to work independently while also working collaboratively and engaging fully within a team environment.
- Highly self-motivated, with a positive approach to making things happen.
- A strong customer focus and desire to provide quality timely service in a professional manner
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to grasp specialised software systems and continuously improve processes.
- Genuinely determined to build a career in the legal sector.
- Significant previous administrative experience, with evidence of continued professional development- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ideally experience with legal research tools**What you'll get in return**
