This is a hybrid role, based in Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch so can be flexible with location.

We are looking for a certification support specialist who can support our certifiers to deliver the important mahi across our different certification programmes whether, organisation, product, farm, event, carbon compatible or project.

**Key **Responsibilities include**:

- Provide administrative support to the certifications team and ensure that expectations of internal and external stakeholders are met.
- Coordinate the certification process to ensure deadlines are met.
- Respond to client enquiries following certification completion.
- Perform quality control and consistency checks of certification documentation.
- Maintain client certification files and internal registers.
- Maintain external JAS-ANZ records.
