**About the Team**

Our Pricing & Performance team are the experts when it comes to numbers. They provide expertise on price and profitability, globally, at the click of a button.

The team are looking for an additional Pricing Analyst to support growing demands. With a breadth of experience across the team this is the ideal role for someone who has 2+ years of experience and is looking to grow and develop their career.

**As part of #TeamGallagher you will**
- Be an expert in pricing analytics, pricing strategies, managing large sets of data and reporting.
- Have a commercial mindset; present commercially astute data to enable the team to make strategic pricing decisions and margin management.
- Be the focal point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders and identify opportunities to maximise profits.
- Have a growth mindset: You are committed to personal and team growth and have a real desire to continue your own personal development.
- Develop systems and procedures to improve the quality and efficiency with which management information is produced.
- Champion the enterprise-wide self-serve visual hub.
- Assist in the maintenance and documentation of data and pricing within relevant systems and work with people across the Security business.

**To succeed you’ll need**
- 2+ years of experience in pricing management
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Good time management with a level of flexibility
- Strong attention to detail
- ERP and CRM experience
