**Description**:
About the opportunity..

We are seeking an Implementation Consultant to join the team who will be working directly with clients to deploy and develop the ELMO Talent Management Platform. Responsibilities include implementing multiple ELMO modules for various clients concurrently. Additionally, there are opportunities for professional development in HR, Payroll, and/or Expense software industries, with potential for career growth through involvement in various business projects.

**Responsibilities**:
The core responsibilities of the Implementation Consultant - Remuneration & Expenses includes but is not limited to:
Develop knowledge with a view to become a Subject Matter Expert on specific modules with the ability to extend this learning to other ELMO modules.
Adopt ELMO implementation methodology in configuration of ELMO modules in line with clients agreed specifications and timelines.
Maintaining all records associated with the implementation of modules for a customer such as scope documentation, project plan, error logs and client sign offs.
Ensure data handling procedures align with ELMO Information Security and privacy policies.
Manage projects and stakeholders by providing regular updates on project status, risks, and delivery timelines.
Document and maintain the capabilities of ELMO modules, both for internal and external use.
Provide Systems-related troubleshooting assistance for both internal and external stakeholders as required.

**Skills and Experiences**:
Experience in implementation, administration and/or consulting services in Remuneration, Payroll, Expenses and/or Finance software.
Strong understanding of technical concepts in HR, Payroll, WFM, Expenses, Remuneration and/or Accounts payable.
Exceptional multi-tasker who is comfortable working on multiple projects spanning a portfolio of clients.
Demonstrated Project Management skills
High attention to detail and exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
