**About the Role**

Our In-House Advice team is busy as ever with growing demands and in this context we are looking for a motivated **Adviser Support** to join this team and help us communicate effectively and seamlessly with our prospective clients and existing members. You will be the first point of contact for referring adviser queries and will assist in various administrative tasks to support this team and the wider Distribution teams.

As an Advisor Support, you will:

- Conduct outbound calls to referred leads and schedule meetings in the In-house Advisers' calendars.
- Address queries from referring advisers and clients promptly and professionally.
- Manage multiple lead queues, ensuring attention to preferred contact times and client preferences.
- Handle inbound calls directed to the In-house Advice team with professionalism and efficiency.
- Proactively reach out to new members, ensuring they receive timely welcome calls.
- Support weekly reporting tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all reporting activities.

**About You**

You are a friendly, people focused customer service superstar, with a few years’ experience in customer facing roles such as hospitality, call centre, retail or similar. This would be an excellent opportunity for someone who would like to step into financial services and develop their skillset in this space.

Key to success to this role is ability to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a high level of accuracy in administrative and reporting activities in a fast paced environment.

Attributes that may help you succeed in this role:

- 2+ years in sales, call centre, customer service or equivalent role
- Excellent communication skills and phone manner
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in administrative and reporting tasks
