**The Benefits**:

- $25 - $28+ p/h depending on experience
- QTR Uncapped Commission + Annual Yearly Bonus
- You’ll be joining leading urban furniture and homewares retailer

**The Job**:
You’ll be working with a fun, diverse and close-knit team, your new job will include but not limited to:

- Meeting monthly sales targets & various KPIs
- Maintaining and gaining new client relationships across the whole South Island
- Design and customise furniture to your client's needs
- Merchandising and styling the showroom
- Ensuring you deliver a high level of professionalism and product knowledge
- Working closely with your team to achieve results - including stock and inventory control, furniture assembly and more.

**About you**:
We are looking for someone who has:

- An enthusiastic, fun and driven personality
- A natural ability to work as part of a small team
- Experience in retail, furniture or the interior design of 2+ years
- Ability to manage a high degree of problem-solving and logical thinking
- Professional, well presented and maturity to deal with premium standards
