**The Opportunity**

Our People Ops team is embarking on an exciting HRIS implementation journey and we’re on the hunt for an experienced HRIS Manager to join us as we work to bring efficiency and innovation to our HR processes. This role is responsible for overseeing and managing the successful implementation and ongoing optimisation of the HRIS within Gallagher. You’ll play a critical part in aligning HRIS initiatives with business goals, ensuring effective project execution globally.

Reporting to the Group People Operations Lead, you’ll be joining a vibrant and engaged team who work tirelessly to support our employees, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth and well-being. You’ll also be collaborating and communicating across all Gallagher business units worldwide to drive project success and enhance HRIS capabilities.

**The Fit**

This is a rare chance to make a real impact with one of NZ’s largest privately owned technology companies. We’re looking for someone with a sound knowledge of people processes and systems, along with project management methodologies and best practice. To succeed in this role, you’ll also need:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated end-to-end project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- People and HRIS Competencies: Experience with People technology and HRIS implementation projects. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and translating business requirements into functional specifications.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Engaging and aligning stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Conducting regular meetings and presentations for updates and feedback.
- HRIS Implementation and Optimisation: Coordinating implementation, configuration, and alignment with business needs. Collaborating with teams for requirements gathering and system design.
- Change Management and Adoption: Developing strategies for HRIS implementation and user adoption. Monitoring user feedback and addressing concerns for continuous improvement.
