- Subsidized Childcare- Extended Pay Parity- Here at Lollipops Papamoa we have a community-based feel to our environment. We are a small centre licensed for 50 tamariki. We are passionate about intentional teaching and following the tamariki lead to help them learn holistically. We run a forest Kindy program once per week along with having rabbits, birds and fish within the centre. Respectful practice is a must along with a fun loving and caring disposition.

....We develop trust with our whanau using meaningful ways to build responsive and reciprocal relationships. Through these relationships we get a better insight into their cultures, languages, beliefs, values and aspirations of our multicultural centre.
....We show respect to papatunuku by providing opportunities to create art with nature, be with nature and look after nature (Kaitakitanga)
....We, as intentional kaiako are responsive to our tamariki through spontaneous play and by planning for our tamariki individually. We celebrate and encourage each individual akonga.

**To be successful in this role, you will have;**
- An NZ recognised, Level 7 ECE teacher qualification and hold current NZ Teaching Registration
- Ability to teach children in a positive, nurturing way
- Must be passionate, caring, and committed to education
- Knowledge of ECE regulations, policies and procedures
