**Job Description**:
Estée Lauder Companies is proud to announce the opening of its inaugural The Cosmetics Company Store (TCCS) at the new Manawa Bay Premium Outlet in Auckland, launching in September 2024. This premier destination promises an unparalleled shopping experience just minutes away from Auckland Airport. Featuring a wide array of ELC brands including Estée Lauder, Clinique, M.A.C, Jo Malone London, Bobbi Brown, and Aveda, shoppers can indulge in exclusive savings within a vibrant retail environment.

We are looking to recruit multiple Retail Advisors to join our dynamic team. We have opportunities available in a full-time and part-time capacity

As a Retail Advisor, you will embody our brands, delivering exceptional customer service and product knowledge. Thriving in a dynamic, high-paced setting, you will empower customers to discover and embrace their personal beauty.

You will integrate your exceptional cosmetic expertise with a strong aptitude for delivering outstanding customer service at a five-star level, coupled with a proven ability to meet retail sales objectives.
**Qualifications**

About you:

- Proven experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar role within the retail industry.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in analysing sales and inventory data.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Plan and coordinate promotional events and other retail initiatives.
