Our fleet of 2 ships and over 200 trucks is supported by a nationwide network of 10 depots and a 450+ strong team to deliver hundreds of thousands of tonnes of freight (and passengers) weekly.

We currently have an exciting position available for an experienced Metro Dispatcher, based at our brand new depot in South Hornby. This is a full time position - Monday to Friday. The work hours are 6.30am-4.30pm.

**We are looking for a Dispatcher whom**:

- Possesses good communication and organisational skills
- Has a positive customer focused attitude at all times
- Is able to prioritise successfully in a fast paced environment
- Has a high regard for safety and compliance
- Is computer literate
- Shows a genuine interest and desire to succeed in their career
- Has a good geographical knowledge of Christchurch and the wider Canterbury region
- Holds OSH forkhoist certification would be advantageous

**What you will be doing**:
Day to day dispatching and co-ordination of allocated units ensuring these are utilised to full potential and deliveries and pickups are completed on time.
