We have various permanent opportunities available for Cable Jointers to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato Region. These roles offer proven career growth within the industry and are part of a tight knit team with great work culture.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Working with a diverse range of contracts to deliver HV/LV work, installations and maintenance of network substations and underground assets
- The jointing will consist of HV (11KV)/LV XLPE/PILCA jointing along with the occasional live LV jointing and termination work
- Exposure to other trades to gain new skills and certifications for progression opportunities

**What you can expect**
- 40hr working week
- Shared company vehicle for commute to site
- Flexibility for occasional working away from home (includes LAHA)
- Carpooling to work sites with crew members in company vehicles
- Working on sites such as substations, steel mills and infrastructure projects

**What you need**
- New Zealand Certificate in Electricity Supply (Cable Jointing High Voltage)
- Electrical registration from Electrical Workers Registration Board
- White Card
- Driver’s License
- Excavator Ticket (Desirable)
- Have a comprehensive knowledge of electrical theory and electrical testing
