We’re looking for a motivated & reliable Team Leader to help lead our gardening team, undertaking a wide range of activities such as turf management, irrigation, gardening, hedge trimming, planting and other garden related activities. A chance to do a bit of everything

Ideal applicants will possess the follow attributes
- 3-5 years experience in all aspects of maintenance and soft landscaping skills
- Horticultural knowledge
- Growsafe/Approved Handler preferred
- practical knowledge of operating associated plant and equipment and safe work practices
- ability to work to schedules whilst delivering a high-quality service
- accuracy in record keeping and site reporting
- good level of personal presentation
- a positive attitude and easy going personality to work as part of a team
- a full, current drivers license is required
- good customer service skills
- good leadership skills

The work is physical, so a good level of health and fitness is required. The role is self-direct and includes overseeing up to 6 other team members at a time for work on a variety of properties, encompassing all aspects of garden maintenance.

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work Visa

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
