**Main Duties**:
Prepare the worksite for carpenters and other tradespeople
Erect and repair structures and facilities on building and construction sites
Lay out tools and materials
Load and unload delivery vehicles
Keep the work area safe and clean
Assist in different projects as needed
Adhere to Company policies and procedures at all times
Carry out all and learns tasks/operations, including limited trade tasks in a professional manner at all times as
directed by the Leading Hand/Foreman and/or supervisor.
Respect personal, Company, and Client equipment and property

**Requirements / Qualifications**:
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Relevant training certificate is an advantage but not required
Physically fit with good stamina
Knowledge of power tools and hand tools used in construction sites

Guaranteed 30 hours a week
Hourly rate is negotiable depending on applicant's experience
