Senior Planner

-Do you have:

- Bachelor or Masters Degree in resource management planning or similar, preferably recognised by NZPI
A full member of NZPI or working towards full membership
5+ years of resource consent and planning experience in New Zealand

- A good working knowledge of district and regional planning and consenting
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
An aptitude for building and maintaining great relationships with clients and colleagues
A resilient and adaptable attitude; see yourself as a can-do person with a calm and confident communication style
Ability to work at a strategic level with core clients
Ability to translate strategic advice into deliverable work for clients
An understanding of the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
A drive and passion to achieve outstanding results
-The opportunity to be involved in a mixture of projects including, policy development, undertaking planning due diligence, assisting local councils with processing resource consents and acquiring resource consents for a range of development projects is also on offer. Therefore, demonstrated experience in local government and private sector development projects is a must.
