H 2 0 Xtream is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Poolside Leadership team at one of the region’s most exciting aquatic facilities, a facility that has just undergone a major redevelopment.
This is a full-time supervisory position leading a team of qualified lifeguards. You’ll have responsibility for the day-to-day operations of poolside, staff, water treatment, customers, and health and safety, which means there’s plenty of opportunity for you to build on your already solid leadership skills.
You will be a great communicator, and easily relate to people of all ages and from all walks of life. You’ll be able to think on your feet in emergency situations, and you’ll have the flexibility to work shifts, as we’re open seven days a week.
A current New Zealand Pool Lifeguard qualification and relevant experience in poolside supervision and operations is desired but skills in leadership are essential.
**Key responsibilities in this role include**:
Management of day-to-day poolside operations;
Leading a team of staff;
Provide a safe and customer friendly environment for the community.
