**Equipment Maintenance**: Regular checks and minor maintenance of all orchard equipment. This involves ensuring all machinery is in good working order, clean, and stored correctly after use.
- **Supporting Irrigation Systems**: While you won't be involved in direct crop maintenance, you will be assisting in the operation and maintenance of irrigation systems. This involves monitoring systems for issues, reporting any problems, and helping implement any necessary repairs or modifications.
- **Orchard Grounds Management**: Assisting in the maintenance of orchard grounds. This may include activities like mowing grass, clearing paths, maintaining fences, and ensuring that the general infrastructure of the orchard remains in good condition.
- **Assisting with Crop Transport**: Safely transporting harvested crops from the orchard to storage facilities using appropriate machinery. While this doesn't involve harvesting or packing, it's a crucial step in our process.
- **Orchard Sustainability Practices**: Participating in the implementation of sustainable practices in the orchard. This could involve recycling efforts, compost management, or other initiatives aimed at reducing the environmental impact of our operations.
- **Supporting Pruning Activities**: You'll be involved in assisting with the seasonal pruning of trees to ensure their healthy growth. Although this isn't direct crop maintenance, it's a necessary activity to maintain the overall health and productivity of the orchard.

**Requirements**:

- A keen interest in the outdoors and physical fitness, as this role involves being active outside.
- Excellent attention to detail, as you will be inspecting our produce for quality.
- Experience with inventory management or a willingness to learn.
- Ability to operate various types of equipment, with training provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
